I’ve spent the day in bed working on some blog updates, watching MTV’s Awkward, and editing photos of my cats [classic].
I’m pretty gross and sick right now so I figure it’s best my germey face doesn’t leave bed. I don’t really know what Russel’s excuse is though..

Most of the time I talk about music I talk about bubble gum pop and early 2000s R+B. Let’s be honest, it’s my favourite. (but then again how could you NOT love Aqua, Craig David, and Aaliyah?) However, there are the odd times that I enjoy something “better”. First things first, if you have Twitter and are not following @mylespeterman fix that right now. He is absolutely delightful. His tweets always crack me up, he’s positive and happy, shares my love for dorky pop, and is pretty damn talented!
He just recorded a new song, My Body’s a Zombie For You, that you HAVE to hear. I think it has a cool Drifters/Bowie vibe to it. [Not to mention, the title is great]
